  • Execute new hires & termination for leavers
  • Participate in the payroll process (payroll calculations, computations, issuance of pay slips, etc)
  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance, counseling, and support to employees and managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies for your region
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions
  • Coach managers on performance-related issues and assist in managing performance matters
  • Lead or contribute to HR initiatives such as process enhancements, policy development, and HR system implementations
  • Investigate employee complaints and disciplinary cases, recommending appropriate actions based on findings
  • Mentor, train, and develop a team of HR coordinators and specialists.
  • Front office administration. Lead the front office team and proccedures
  • Office supplies management
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures in Greece.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Αναζητούμε ένα άτομο με όρεξη για τη θέση της Γραμματειακής Υποστήριξης της εταιρίας μαςτο οποίο θα είναι το πρώτο πρόσωπο που θα υποδέχεται τους πελάτες με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο στα γραφεία μας.
Καθήκοντα θέσης:
Διαχείριση Τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
Οργάνωση ραντεβού
Υποδοχή
Οργάνωση χώρου συνεδριάσεων
Έλεγχος αναγκών κτηρίου (αναλώσιμα)
Είδος Εργασίας: Πρακτική άσκηση, Εκπαιδευόμενος
Διάρκεια σύμβασης: 6 μήνες
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
Σπουδές σχετικές με Γραμματεία Διοίκησης / Διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων.
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
Καλή χρήση MS Office
Ανεπτυγμένες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
Τοποθεσία:
Το γραφείο βρίσκεται σε ιδανικό σημείο, κοντά στο μετρό Αιγάλεω καθώς και σταθμούς ΜΜΕ. Παρέχουμε νέες εγκαταστάσεις με σύγχρονα meeting rooms, playrooms καθώς και ένα όμορφο εργασιακό περιβάλλον.
Η εργασιακή σας κατάσταση:
Σύμβαση Ορισμένου χρόνου (τον χρόνο που ορίζει η σχολή σας για πρακτική άσκηση)
09:00 – 17:00 Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή on site.
